Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of 10–30 detailers to prepare rental vehicles safely, legally compliant, and customer ready. Coordinate daily workloads with the Detailing Manager, model high standards in behavior and communication, and monitor cleaning quality across all detailing areas. Support onboarding, training, and coaching while maintaining a positive team culture and escalating unresolved issues. Actively contribute to Health & Safety practices and collaborate with internal departments and external providers. Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, requiring a rotating roster including weekends, to ensure vehicles meet exceptional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Full, current and valid driver's licence
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound technical knowledge of vehicles, systems, and detailing processes
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to train, coach, and support team members at all levels
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable, flexible team player willing to support the team as required
- Availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
