Job Summary
Clean and detail vehicles with full appearance reconditioning inside and out, applying touch-up paint to chipped body surfaces and performing finishing tasks like window cleaning, upholstery care, polishing, and waxing. Oversee the organization of the sales and service vehicle lots while performing duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate clearly the vehicle's status and any additional needs, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Observe safety and security procedures throughout the shift, which involves frequent bending, reaching, standing, and some heavy lifting. Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Required Qualifications
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting, and sitting, with some heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift
- Strong skills in teamwork and communication
- Valid driver's license free from major infractions
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Be prompt, courteous, and take pride in your work
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
