Detailer

Detailer is responsible for interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to meet company standards and prep vehicles for repair, including washing for delivery and removing signs of repair. Maintains vehicle flow and lot organization, assists with facility cleanliness, and may pick up parts or assist customers. Responsibilities include cleaning interiors/exteriors, operating buffers and vacuums, using cleaning/restorative agents without harming vehicles, reporting quality issues to Estimators/Center Leaders, meeting production schedules, organizing shop supplies, re-ordering materials, and assisting in other shop tasks as needed (e.g., front desk tasks, driving customers, scanning vehicles, light buffing). Must have a current and valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk/bend for extended periods, possess basic computer skills, and extend hours as needed to meet workload and customer requirements. Emphasis on 5S organization, teamwork, and strong communication with team, vendors, or customers.
