Job Summary
Maintain dealership inventory by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for sale while evaluating all cars for safety and necessary maintenance repairs before staging. Keep the lot appearance pristine through snow removal and landscaping, ensuring strict adherence to Lot Presentation guidelines. Assist the collections team with repossessions and field calls, and transfer vehicles to other Superior Auto locations or vendor shops as directed. Requires a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and ability to communicate effectively. Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with a 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- A valid state driver's license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
