Job Summary
Detailer role handling boat, motor, trailer, and ATV detailing and transportation within a Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s dealership operations. Responsibilities include washing, cleaning, waxing, vacuuming interiors/exteriors for customer pickups and display, unloading/loading units with forklift or tractor, transporting units to service, storage, or showroom areas, verifying packing lists or invoices, assisting with PDI and VIN verification, maintaining cleaning supplies, notifying managers of unit concerns or repairs, and performing general housekeeping. Requires safety-conscious operation of vehicles and equipment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, outdoor work in various weather, and strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- valid driver’s license
- must be at least 21 years old
- DOT physical may be required
