Job Summary
Wash, detail, and polish new and used vehicles for display, customer delivery, and service loaners. Perform quality checks on all detailed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards. Thoroughly clean under the hood of each vehicle, vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors including carpets, upholstery, and dashboards. Apply waxes, sealants, and protectants to maintain vehicle finishes. Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim. Assist the body shop with minor cosmetic repairs, maintain cleanliness of detail bays, and help with lot organization and vehicle transport. Support seasonal tasks like snow removal and complete assigned safety training. Monday through Saturday shifts with mandatory Saturday off.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work on feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Prior detailing or automotive cleaning experience a plus
- Ability to drive standard (manual) transmission vehicles preferred
