Job Summary
Vacuum carpets, upholstery, and mats; clean, condition, and deodorize leather, vinyl, and plastic interiors. Wash vehicles using a two-bucket method, degrease wheels, apply clay bars, hand-wax, and buff exteriors for a deep shine. Dress tires, clean chrome and rubber trim, and perform headlight restoration or paint touch-ups as needed. Maintain an organized work area, store tools properly, and assist customers with special requests. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and physical stamina for bending and lifting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, lifting)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper car washing and detailing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially if interacting with customers)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
