Job Summary
Detail Team Member responsible for cleaning, disinfecting all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and parking lot; conducts routine walkthroughs (trash removal, locker room cleaning, re-racking weights); performs daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks; communicates politely with team members; maintains organized facilities for members; assists with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting); must be able to stand for long periods, lift ~50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment; CPR/AED certification required within 45 days; benefits include PTO, gym and staff memberships, discounted training, health/AD&D insurance, and 401(k); non-exempt, part-time role with at-will employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
- Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
- PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.
