Job Summary
Detail Team Member at Defined Fitness responsible for cleaning, disinfecting all areas of the club, performing walkthroughs, trash removal, locker room upkeep, and other custodial duties. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be available any day including holidays, be PC literate, hold a valid CPR/AED certification within 45 days, and have prior janitorial or similar experience preferred. Role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, initiative, and adherence to safety standards; includes opportunities to assist with large projects such as painting and to support gym members and staff through diligent, detail-oriented work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work any day of the week including holidays
- PC literate
- Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment
- Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial service preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-pace work environment
- Must have basic report writing skills
