Job Summary
Listen to client needs and resolve complex situations by offering appropriate solutions for individuals and small businesses regarding transactions, investments, personal financing, and tailored protection. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement while guiding specialized inquiries to investment, mortgage, and other specialist colleagues. Maintain compliance with risk management rules. Work full-time with flexible hours, including one evening per week, within a team of specialists.
