Job Summary
Apply automotive undercoating using company-approved procedures and equipment while assisting with spray-in bedliner installations. Ensure every vehicle meets quality standards before delivery, maintain organized work areas, and monitor chemical and supply inventory. Coordinate daily spray schedules to ensure on-time completion and transport vehicles between dealership locations as needed. Maintain accurate records of completed work and stay current on product knowledge and installation specifications. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while wearing company-provided uniforms and representing Kocourek professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, squat, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Reach above and below shoulder level
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Work in an environment that may include dust, chemicals, automotive fumes, and moderate to high noise levels
