Job Summary
Discuss vacation interests, preferred destinations, travel dates, and budgets with clients. Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and destination activities to identify suitable options based on individual traveler preferences. Provide helpful destination and accommodation information, then coordinate selected travel arrangements through approved supplier platforms. Prepare reservation confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and important trip information while assisting with booking adjustments, special requests, and routine client questions. Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming travel deadlines, and review reservation information for accuracy. Maintain organized client and booking records. Participate in supplier training and destination education.
