Job Summary
Destination Coordinator responsible for quality and operations management of premium short-term rental properties in Baqueira. Responsibilities include inspections before check-ins and after check-outs; coordinating housekeeping with external cleaners; managing linen inventory and hospitality products; coordinating with partner companies for pool cleaning, gardening, and maintenance; optimizing operational processes; guest relationship management including VIP preparation, tailored services, upselling private transfers and at-home experiences; coordinating with external providers and developing new local partnerships; onboarding new properties with inventory and photo shoots; and other duties based on seasonal needs. The role requires hospitality experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to interact with high-net-worth guests, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Minimum 1 year in hospitality operations at a premium short-term rentals company or at a 4* or 5* hotel
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable communicating with high net worth individuals
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluency in English and Spanish
