Job Summary
Provide support through preparation and proper presentation of all dessert items according to recipe in an efficient manner; maintain inventory, safety and sanitation; assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products; maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas; complete opening or closing shift duties; requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work weekends and holidays.
