Job Summary
Supervise the full P&L and daily operations of the Dallas location while recruiting weekly, onboarding hires, and building a leadership bench of five shift leaders. Drive sales growth, control labor and food costs, and analyze reports to hit P&L targets by executing promotions and optimizing staffing. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through service modeling, feedback implementation, and operational checklists ensuring safety and cleanliness. Manage inventory, food safety protocols, and equipment maintenance while enforcing schedule guidelines and cash-handling procedures. Work thirty-five to forty hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of restaurant leadership experience, including P&L responsibility
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in labor reporting, cost controls, and administrative systems
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic PC skills (email, reporting, scheduling software); willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Food Safety Certification/Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for six + hours per day, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work thirty-five to forty hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
