Job Summary
Stacking and prepping pallets, sorting stock by barcode and store, and picking off fast-paced conveyor belts. Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, prime moving and pallet wrapping, and close, label, and prepare stock for despatch. Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and strapping machines while performing bulk picking and stock consolidation. Respond to last-minute changes and support the team where needed. This fixed-term role runs Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm at $30.28/hr, supporting peak season through January 2027. No extended leave or public holiday work is approved during this period.
Required Qualifications
- Are physically fit and happy to be on your feet throughout the day
- Have a keen eye for detail and care about getting things right
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Can work independently and stay focused on the task
- Are adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- To be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
