Despatch Supervisor

Despatch Supervisor responsible for managing efficient shift dispatch operations and maintaining high service standards. Supervises and coordinates loading of trucks, ensures FIFO processes and stock management SOPs are followed, verifies orders loaded on trucks, and manages team performance and labor manning. Drives Team Connect and Shop floor development, conducts training sessions, and ensures adherence to health and safety regulations. Oversees stock checks, packing/transfer activities, PPE provision, and reporting of unsafe situations. Facilitates daily team meetings, coverage adjustments for absences, and MECP activities, while ensuring timely, accurate departures and adherence to manufacturing protocols and company policies.
