Job Summary
Conduct daily desossing of pig heads within a team of thirty, rotating through various stations on the line. Perform this work over a four-and-a-half-day schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, working morning shifts from 7:30 to 16:30 and a separate morning block from 7 to 12 on Saturday. Receive onboarding, coaching, and training during an initial discovery period to master the specific tasks. Adhere to mandatory safety protocols, including the use of provided protective gear such as aprons, gloves, and safety footwear. Join Société Renaud Viandes, a specialist in pig head desossing located between Rennes and Nantes, to support increased operational activity.
Required Qualifications
