Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to maintain and support desktop systems, hardware, and software, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training for employees.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in computer and IT support roles
- Proficiency with Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Proficiency with Office 2016 applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi and network functionality
- Familiarity with Active Directory and general hardware support
- Ability to provide excellent user support
