Job Summary
The Desktop Support Technician will manage incidents and service requests, ensuring high rates of first contact resolution. Key responsibilities include User Account Management within Active Directory, creating and reviewing knowledge articles, and acting as a communication link between business partners. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while collaborating with the Desktop team. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience, with a preference for those possessing a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications.
