Job Summary
Provide hands-on desktop and IT support for internal users in a hybrid Arlington, VA environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; setting up and configuring workstations and user accounts; supporting collaboration tools, printers, and AV systems; maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation; assisting with onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective; and ensuring adherence to IT security protocols. Requires 2+ years in IT/desktop support, proficiency with Windows/macOS/Office 365, basic networking and endpoint security, and strong communication/problem-solving skills. Security clearance is required; fast-paced, mission-driven environment preferred.
