Job Summary
Desktop Support Engineer providing remote and onsite technical support for end users across a managed services environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops/laptops/printers/mobile devices, resolving Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint/licensing), user onboarding/offboarding (account creation/termination, password resets, MFA, group membership, mailbox permissions), device deployment/recovery, configuring Windows workstations, supporting Windows 10/11, and using remote support/RMM tools while adhering to SLA standards and delivering professional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of IT support or MSP experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite visits if applicable
