Job Summary
The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for administering, optimizing, imaging, and deploying corporate enterprise endpoints as part of the Endpoint Services team. This is a 12-month contract position with possible extension or permanent conversion, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience imaging physical and/or virtual endpoints.
- 1+ year experience with ticketing systems and SLA adherence.
- Competent in Active Directory user, computer and group administration.
- Intermediate competency in supporting Windows 10/11, MacOS, Android and iOS.
- Experience following ITIL standards.
- Proven ability to write and/or implement scripts for automation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system defects.
