Handle NBD and DTS calls by taking service requests and performing incident-specific activities as directed by the Help Desk or Service Desk. Install and service PCs, peripherals, and electronic equipment at customer sites, including routine moves, adds, and changes. Perform scripted image loading, unit diagnostics, replaceable unit swapping, and basic module replacement on desktops, laptops, and tablets. Execute preventative maintenance activities and resolve basic non-complex problems as instructed. Maintain professionalism in demeanor and dress while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
