Job Summary
Assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems, configuring, connecting, and testing Cisco phone equipment. Support workstation and phone setup activities at various onsite locations while troubleshooting basic connectivity and hardware issues. Document installation progress and communicate project updates to the team. Requires previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments, with exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise-level communications technology in a fast-paced project environment alongside experienced IT professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work onsite five days per week
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
