Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience providing software/hardware support
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office applications
  • Prior experience assisting with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management
  • Previous experience working in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Ability to back up, recover data, and reimage devices remotely and onsite
  • Strong customer communication and service skills
  • Knowledge of two-factor authentication
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite M-F 8am - 5pm
