Job Summary
A professional banking setting requires a Desktop Support Technician to provide hardware and software support, manage incidents and requests via a ticketing system, reimage devices, and maintain customer communication. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office and various IT support tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience providing software/hardware support
- Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office applications
- Prior experience assisting with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management
- Previous experience working in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Ability to back up, recover data, and reimage devices remotely and onsite
- Strong customer communication and service skills
- Knowledge of two-factor authentication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite M-F 8am - 5pm
