Job Summary
Desktop Support III provides advanced technical support for desktop systems, applications, and peripherals, diagnosing and resolving complex end-user issues, training Level 1/2 staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring security/compliance within the IT environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting operating systems and applications, maintaining ticket records, contributing to knowledge bases, performing routine maintenance on hardware, coordinating with IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues, applying patches per security policies, providing after-hours on-call support, and assisting IT projects and inventory management.

- Basic network knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wireless & VPN)
- Mobile Devices (Smartphones & Tablets)
- MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
