Job Summary
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, application, and device issues while providing advanced desktop and end-user support across the organization. Manage the deployment, lifecycle, and maintenance of desktop hardware, maintain accurate IT asset inventory, and document incidents using Help Desk and ticketing systems. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned technologies, coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues, and follow established change management processes to ensure system stability. Create and maintain technical documentation, collaborate on enterprise initiatives, and assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Information Services, Computer Science, or a related field
- Five or more years of desktop support, technical support, or end-user computing experience
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and device support
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a professional environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and IT service management practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and support requests
- Experience supporting enterprise technology environments and end-user computing platforms
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
Desired Qualifications
- Baseline certification as defined by the Career Development Plan
- Three or more advanced certifications and/or applicable college coursework
- Experience supporting healthcare technology environments
