Job Summary
Desktop Support/Help Desk Technician II provides level two troubleshooting and end-user assistance to local and remote staff; responsibilities include handling HelpDesk calls, resolving hardware/software/network issues, becoming SME on key systems, leading projects, managing access and onboarding/offboarding, installing hardware/software, training users, maintaining inventory, and mentoring Level 1 technicians; requires strong customer service, experience with AD and Hyper-V, and two+ years in IT/desktop support; travel within Arizona; salary starts at $22/hour with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of field experience
- A+ certification and Network+ certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Egnyte, Active Directory, and/or Microsoft Hyper-V experience a plus
- Travel within the state will be required
- Valid AZ driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain fingerprint clearance
