Job Summary
Manage Windows network infrastructure for 1000+ workstations by installing and configuring software and hardware, setting up accounts, and providing remote support. Troubleshoot issues and outages while monitoring performance to maintain systems according to requirements. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, and upgrade systems with new releases and models. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies, and automate frequently performed tasks and issue resolution. Work from the office in Ahmedabad, India. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in system administration or technical engineering
- English: Intermediate or higher
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing, and operation
- Knowledge of local area networks
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Windows Server administration/certifications
- Virtualization technologies
- Microsoft Active Directory and Domain administration (GPOs, account management, etc.)
