Job Summary
Desktop Support Assistant - Apprentice role supporting the Europe & Asia User Experience team in London. Responsibilities include providing first-line IT support for desktop, mobile, collaboration and meeting-room technologies (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, AV), assisting with onboarding, laptop imaging, equipment setup, and hardware deployment, supporting meeting rooms and AV tech, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, VPN, and mobility services, maintaining tickets in ServiceNow, managing hardware inventory, and assisting with rollout/adoption of new workplace technologies and AI-enabled tools. The role combines hands-on work with formal Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship training over 19 months, with 80% working hours and 20% off-the-job learning, and is based in the London office within the Global Operations/Europe & Asia User Experience team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths
- Eligibility criteria for a Level 3 Apprenticeship in England
