Job Summary
Desktop Support Analyst responsible for acting as the initial IT support contact for questions via phone, email, and in person, serving as the local IT point of contact for office-based issues, triaging incidents and resolving issues across PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and email/business applications. Role includes contributing to the Knowledge Base, applying knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Copilot, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server and Entra ID, providing PC hardware/software support, handling ticketing and incident documentation, and supporting IT projects. Requires 1-3 years of technical support experience and a 4-year college degree; ITIL exposure is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in Baltimore, MD (US).
Required Qualifications
