Job Summary
Desktop Support Analyst responsible for level 2-3 IT support for the user community in Boston. Contract to hire role handling desktop support tasks, with emphasis on Active Directory, O365, Intune, VPN, and troubleshooting. Experience with hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, strong customer service, and ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive IT team; flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support/Desktop Support experience
- Active Directory/O365/Intune/VPN experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
