Job Summary
Imaging laptop and desktop devices while performing break-fix repairs for batteries, screens, and motherboards. Manage ticket queues by coordinating work, closing tickets with proper notes, and utilizing provided templates for notation and re-assignment reasons. Execute stockroom repairs to meet service level agreements, ensuring machines reach full operational order with valid base images. Order parts and return warranty items on time, coordinate disposal data, and update asset dispositions daily. Complete data certifications and mitigate discrepancies per client protocols. Follow asset management protocols to avoid penalties and use established escalation paths for complex issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions
- Service Now experience
- Able to repair laptop and desktop units
- Including: batteries, screen repair, motherboards, etc.
- Ability to work independently
- General PC troubleshooting skills
