Job Summary

The Desktop Service Technician/Dell Product Technician role involves traveling to customer locations to repair and troubleshoot computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and printers, primarily focusing on Dell products. Candidates must possess an A+ Certification and have good experience with break/fix issues. This position requires using your own vehicle for travel, which includes driving up to 300 miles per week. A background check and adherence to a contract agreement are mandatory. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Required Qualifications

  • A+ Certification is mandatory
  • Good experience working on Laptops and desktops is mandatory
  • Good experience on Break/Fix is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Dell or any product manufacture certification

Additional Requirements

  • Once the job is offered you have to undergo background check process along with the driving record
  • You have to be ready for contract agreement with the terms and conditions of the company
