Desktop Analyst responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to end users, ensuring reliability and optimal performance of end-user devices by managing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and upgrades. Provides hardware, software, and connectivity issue resolution through onsite visits, remote sessions, phone or chat support; creates and maintains documentation; coordinates with external organizations on technical and software matters; supports adherence to standard procedures and best practices to maintain productivity and a positive user experience within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in computer science
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
