Job Summary
Deskside Technician – End User Computing role providing onsite support for EUC devices and peripherals at corporate locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair, reactive and proactive incident handling, enabling access to LAN/WAN and print/file services, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices, managing printer configurations, and delivering VIP on-site support. Requires Windows 7/10 imaging and deployment skills (Ghost/MDT), data backup/recovery (USMT), network connectivity configuration, and strong communication to liaise with users, departments, and sales/operations. Fluency in Dutch and English; 3–5 years of related experience; must be able to work on-site in Venlo, Netherlands. All positions are open to all genders and people with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Proficiency with imaging tools (Ghost, MDT)
- Proficiency with data backup and recovery tools (USMT)
- Experience installing/upgrading/migrating Windows 7/10 in large enterprises
- Configuring hardware, applications, and network connectivity
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Willingness to provide on-site support at corporate locations
- Ability to provide VIP support for multiple end-user devices
