Job Summary

Monitor and control daily service call activity, utilization, and inventory levels while resolving technical problems with hardware, software, and connectivity for onsite users. Troubleshoot customer issues to maintain agreed-upon service levels, participate in the configuration and support of internal systems, and support the installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products. Clear and concise documentation of all customer interactions within the appropriate CRM tool is required. Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur and adhere to assigned schedules and documented policies. Previous experience in a plant environment is a plus, with specific technical expertise needed for Zebra data collectors and Kyocera printer management.
