Desk Head - Commodity Options

Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up, collaborating with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes. Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year while recruiting and developing a team of traders to scale operations. This role requires proven experience in building a commodity options desk generating $10M+ in PnL, with a recent track record of consistent success. You will join a rapidly growing options player in the US, Asia, and Europe, joining a team with many ex-Optiver, ex-IMC, and ex-Citadel traders and quants.
