Job Summary
Monitor residents and visitors, maintain accurate visitor logs, and conduct scheduled patrols of the complex. Answer telephones, take messages, and convey necessary information to appropriate authorities. Respond to emergency situations by contacting police, fire, or ambulance services as required. This part-time role (24 hours/week, weekends 12am-8am) supports Mercy Housing's mission to create homes and hope through affordable housing and inclusive communities.
