Job Summary
Greet clients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure lobby areas remain impeccable. Expertly handle appointment scheduling, confirm services, and answer high-volume calls and text inquiries regarding spa treatments. Process payments for cash, cards, and third-party options, collect deposits, and close daily transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality on client files. Act as a product ambassador to educate clients on retail skincare lines and meet sales goals. Coordinate seamlessly with clinical staff, monitor office supplies and retail inventory, and assist with light cleaning to uphold the spa's high-end image.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to learn and articulate a detailed understanding of medical aesthetic treatments (e.g., Microneedling, CryoSlimming, Botox) and the associated downtime and aftercare
