Job Summary
Design intuitive purchasing journeys that reduce friction throughout the ordering process and simplify complex print products for customers of all experience levels. Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile applications while maintaining consistent user experience across multiple digital commerce platforms. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design concepts and inform decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Marketing stakeholders to define requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and align digital experiences with business goals within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, websites, or B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of online purchasing journeys and designing complex eCommerce experiences.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern UX/UI best practices.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to improve user experiences.
- Familiarity with design systems, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is preferred.
