Job Summary
Conduct system studies including short circuit and arc flash analyses using ETAP, EasyPower, SKM, and ArcPro for wind, solar, and BESS generator owners. Implement efficient processes through Python scripting while independently managing workload in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with staff, management, clients, and external agencies to establish effective working relationships and identify process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, two years of experience with at least one year in power systems and arc flash, and legal authorization to work in Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- ABET accredited program
- 2 years of working experience
- 1 year of experience directly related to power systems and Arc Flash
- EIT status or working towards EIT status
- Must be a self-starter
- Willing to identify improvements and implement them
- Comfortable asking questions to team when learning new skills
- Analytical mindset
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- CEFR level B2–C1 English proficiency
- Comfortable articulating complex ideas

- Must possess authorization to work legally in Costa Rica
