Job Summary
Review assigned customer notifications in SAP, communicate with customers to gather project requirements, and complete utility design work using Smallworld GIS. Create and manage work orders in SAP, coordinate with field crews to schedule work, and provide support during project execution. Review completed work and as-built diagrams for accuracy, calculate billable amounts, generate invoices, and respond to customer billing questions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines. This role is located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, and requires US citizenship or a green card.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen or hold a green card
- Previous customer service, construction, or technical coordination experience
- Familiarity with GIS or AutoCAD
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Utility industry experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
