Job Summary

Propose creative technical solutions to design challenges while ensuring design excellence and adhering to quality assurance/control processes. Conduct design analyses, layout designs, and code studies with some independent work, and perform basic architectural tasks including layout and aesthetic feature design. Coordinate drawings and specifications, assist in preparation of specific sections, and apply BIM standards to develop organizational cartoon sets. Execute quality control procedures to resolve clash detection issues and actively collaborate with the project team to generate and communicate design ideas. Contribute to project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines. Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree in Architecture
  • 0 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture
  • Proficient in Revit
  • knowledge of Bluebeam
  • knowledge of other standard architecture software
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute to the design process and develop technical solutions
  • Competence in conventional aspects of architecture, including materials, methods, and tools for small to moderate-sized buildings
  • Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans and deliverables
  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
  • ability to multitask while maintaining quality and productivity
  • Ability to assist in marketing and business development efforts
