Job Summary
Healthcare design-focused Designer III with 5-8+ years of experience leading design efforts for healthcare facilities. Responsible for coordinating schematic design through construction documents, analyzing products and materials, developing client and internal design presentations, and ensuring compliance with project delivery standards. Leverages BIM (advanced Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper) and visualization tools (Enscape, VRay) to develop concepts, production drawings, and presentations, while coordinating with partners and consultants, participating in design reviews and charettes, and supporting growth of team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, LEED GA within 6 months, and ongoing ARE/AXP readiness. Salary range in Minneapolis: $74,700-$95,400.
