Job Summary
Lead the creative development and execution of design projects across social, presentation, and experiential mediums including event presence and facility design. Partner with Communications, Content, and Product/Engineering to produce branded assets for internal and external audiences. Own projects from concept through final execution, ensuring creative excellence and production accuracy. Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and develop original concepts based on stakeholder direction and research. Maintain and evolve the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the brand across all media. Manage multiple concurrent projects from quick-turn requests to large campaigns; art direct layouts, graphics, iconography, motion assets, and visual systems. Collaborate with product designers to support integrated product and brand experiences; ensure QA of files; support executive-level PowerPoint presentations; organize design assets for efficient team collaboration. Requirements include US export controls access, and a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Art, or related field with 4+ years’ experience; strong Adobe CS proficiency; portfolio across digital, print, and brand design; ability to manage multiple deadlines; collaboration and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in design, illustration, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, presentation, and brand design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Experience managing projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment
