Use engineering systems and drawings to provide project coordination and structural design services and models for customers. Design members and connections for Detailing and Manufacturing that meet customer requirements while assuring building structural integrity and safety. Develop basic product and procedure knowledge to improve technical skills, focusing on achieving department objectives and profitability goals. Collaborate with project teams to discuss challenges and create cost-effective solutions, providing technical assistance to customers on specific projects to meet design schedules.
