Designer I Civil Engineer

Conduct civil site design tasks including site layout, sedimentation control analyses, grading, storm drainage, water, and sewer system design under Project Lead direction. Perform CAD-based drafting for plan production while researching regulatory requirements through due diligence. Self-check completed work for completeness and collaborate with internal design teams, landscape architects, planners, and client consultants. Meet assigned timeframes and apply established procedures to solve routine problems. Submit a cover letter detailing your passion for land development and design, as experience is not required but internship background is preferred.
