Job Summary

Develop design and construction documentation for healthcare projects across all phases, including programming, digital modeling, rendering, and physical modeling. Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and managers to execute technical design, quality control, and construction administration tasks such as RFIs and change orders. Prepare schematic and design development documents while coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure deliverables meet performance goals. Pursue architectural registration and advance project scope, schedule, and cost compliance. This role supports a multidisciplinary team within a firm recognized for winning the American Architecture Award and IIDA Healthcare Design Award.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Between 0-4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Rhino, InDesign, and other BIM technology
  • OSHPD/HCAI Experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
